Q: Do I have to wear a mask?
A: Yes, if you do not have one, you may purchase one for $1.
Q: How long does this style last?
A: Quick Weaves last 3-4 weeks. Closure and frontals last two weeks. Sew-ins last 2-3 months with proper maintenance every two weeks. Wigs last two years plus with proper maintenance, and closure and frontal can be changed around yearly if needed.
Q: How often should I get my hair maintenance?
A: Every two weeks after your first appointment.
Q: How can I change my service that I've already booked?
A: You can change your service by via email or text.
Q: If someone else installed my wig can you fix it?
A: No, I do not go over anyone else's work.
Q: If I'm late to my appointment how can I still show up?
A: No, After 15 minutes of your scheduled time you must reschedule your appointment to a later date. May lead into an automatic cancelation.
Q: If I cancel my appointment will I get my deposit back?
A: Yes, if you within 48 hours of the appointment.
Q: Can I get my frontal/closure wet?
A: No, frontals cannot get wet. Yes, closures can get wet if no adhesive is used.
Q: Once a deposit is made for a wig service can I get a refund?
A: No.
Q: What if I need to cancel my appointment?
A: If you need to cancel please change your appointment online immediately. You must cancel before 48 hours of your appointment or your deposit will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS!
